Often the children at Casa have a hard time showing a response because of their disability. But when you make a connection and they show a response it makes it all worth while. Seeing the children smile, laugh and respond to your voice is a wonderful feeling.

My family is blessed. I want to give some of that back. The young adult I work with is a special person. I enjoy sitting and reading with him. Casa is a unique place. It is different from the rest of the world. I receive from the children more than I could ever give.
